Meet the Project MAC Team:
MARC CAPONI: CEO/FOUNDER
Marc Caponi is a retired police officer who has dedicated the past seven years to working with adults with special
needs. Driven by a passion for helping others, Marc founded Project MAC to provide adults with disabilities the
opportunity to learn, grow, and connect in a nurturing environment. Known for his kindness and dedication, he is excited
to embark on this new journey, bringing his vision to life through Project MAC. Marc looks forward to creating a space
where every individual is celebrated and supported as they explore their potential and find joy in new experiences.
DANA GARDNER:EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/CO-FOUNDER
A proud New Jersey native, Dana has been a dedicated professional in the Social and Human Services field since 2005.
Dana has a passion for empowering individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve independence
and happiness through community inclusion and strength-based planning. She has extensive experience in case
management, including roles as a Support Coordinator in New Jersey and a Personal Agent in Oregon, developing
individualized service plans, coordinating access to community resources, and advocating for health, safety, and
inclusion.
Dana’s career also includes nonprofit work in program management, volunteer coordination, grant writing, and event
planning. Known for her organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and dedication to fostering inclusivity, Dana
hopes to make a meaningful impact in her field with Project MAC. While not at work, Dana enjoys spending her free
time with family, walking her dogs, baking, kayaking, and attending concerts.
RANDI MELTZER CO-FOUNDER
As a mom to a child with special needs, Randi co-founded Project MAC with a personal mission to create meaningful
opportunities for adults in our community. Randi’s journey and passion for this work stem from her own experiences and the
deep belief that every individual deserves the chance to express themselves, learn, and thrive. With Project MAC, Randi is
committed to providing a space where adults with special needs can explore new skills, enjoy creative activities, and build the
confidence to connect with the world around them. Its will be Randis privilege to work alongside each participant, and she
truly looks forward to being part of their growth, joy, and success

Atiba Page is excited to bridge the gap between global communities and human resource departments and groups within the
pharmaceutical industry. Atiba is known to put the D in diversity & disability with her dynamic personality and
relationship-building skills. Her passion for belonging is the fuel she uses to be an inclusive global champion for everyone!
Atiba was named ‘Employee of the Year’ in the 2021 Careers & Disabled magazine and Mogul’s 2022 Top 100 DEIB

MAX RESNICK:INSTRUCTOR
Max has been a lifelong lover of music, inheriting much of his early musical inspiration from his parents endless record
collection, along with various magical hand me down instruments from them over the years. At the age of 13, Max was gifted
his first vase guitar, this officially entered him into the world of performing musicians! At the age of 16 he joined his first
band, and since has been in multiple variations of bands with his brothers and friends. These days he is the base player of the
local band, We’re Ghosts Now has been playing together for the past 18 years and have toured all over the country spreading
music and joy. Max and We’re Ghosts Now can still be found playing one of their original local haunts in Asbury Park NJ,
where they are firmly rooted in the music community that is ever present there. In additiona to private practice and studies,
Max studied music theory all throughout high school, and attended Ramapo College of New Jersey to study music business,
taking courses ranging from music performance and improve, to music marketing and managing. Over the years Max has
become a proficient multi instrumentalist. Max maintains the base guitar as his primary instrument and first love, but has
also added the mandolin, piano and guitar to his list of music ability,and will happily pick up and play any musical toy in nearby
to share in some sound making. Max is passionate about music and believes everyone has the capacity to play! Max is happy
to create sounds with people of any skill level, and a wizard at pulling out the inner muscian in us all!
